It doesn’t matter if you make $40k or $400k. The women I work with all feel they don’t have enough money. Most say they’re just two missed paychecks away from life unraveling. There’s too much debt, too much stress, and way too much fear.

If a household brings in more than $75,000 per year, it’s in the top 1% of global earners. Most of us have “enough” money, but it doesn’t feel that way. And it’s not a matter of savings, or investments, or what’s happening with the Dow Jones stock average.

I used to be an investment advisor selling stocks, bonds and retirement planning services. But honestly, those services and financial products don’t solve anyone’s real-life money problems.

Financial products don’t solve anyone’s real-life money problems. Most financial advisors present their products and services as the answer. And it can feel that way. You’re taking action with your money, so everything will change, right? Maybe. Most likely not.

You might get rid of some credit card debt in the process, or take a bite out of student loans. I call that addressing the “pain point.”

Like strategizing your way out of debt by consolidating it with a personal loan and paying that off over several years.

Problem is, when the loan is paid off, the credit cards likely come out with glee and soon enough there’s a new mountain of debt to be dealt with the next strategy.

If you try to change money problems from the top down, they just keep coming back—because the problems are just consequences of your money patterns.

And the sneaky thing about patterns is they’re rooted deep in our subconscious.

Solving problem patterns means tracing them all the way back to the sources and then tackling the root ideas and beliefs to enact change at the deepest level.

That’s real change that will last.

So your money problems are really a mindset problem.

Together we’ll dig deep and find the thoughts and words and feelings you have about money that are actually causing the problems.

Then we’ll rewire how you look at money, and your money problems will go away and stay gone because you’re pulled them up from the roots.

And I’ll be honest with you, the rewiring part might involve dramatic changes.

Maybe you aren’t earning enough to achieve your goals, but you should be. Maybe your stuck in a lousy work situation but have the credentials and experience to be making a lot more, but you’re scared to attempt a leap up the ladder.

That’s a matter of mindset and it’s where we attack the comfort level because Sharks always deserve better and more.

Here are some highlights of how we’ll work together.

  • We’ll work on your goals. Your real goals. What do you want to do with your life? What do you want to do with your time? What’s the impact you want to make on the world? Most people don’t really know. Nobody’s ever asked them before, so they don’t have answers.
  • There is a place for some fast results, that’s strategy work. Strategy definitely has its place in my process, but it needs to be broken down into bite-size pieces and you need to remember it doesn’t remedy the underlying problems.
  • To head to that deeper level and start taking control of your money, we’ll begin tracking everything. Three months of tracking will totally change your life. And when look at spending in terms of habits, not dollars, the revelations about your true money problems will be eye-opening. We all get habit blindness, so you might think camping out at Starbucks everyday is the problem, but it’s likely only one minor symptom.
  • Implementation comes next, and it’s why it’s way better to work with me than with a “standard” financial advisor, who will give you a boilerplate plan based only on the basic numbers you provided. That approach won’t change anything. It’s a matter of doing the real work and getting out of your comfort zone to address those root causes.
  • To support implementation of solutions that deal with the big picture of your life and money, we’ll do a lot of mindset work to look at your beliefs and see if they still serve you well.
  • We’ll dig so deep we’ll examine the stuff about money and goals in your subconscious mind to see what needs to stay and what needs to go. We’ll replace the bad stuff with things you need to think, feel and do to get you to where you want to be. And we’ll change your words and conscious thoughts, too.
  • And more…

Guess what?

After all that the money situation changes, the bank account changes and stays changed. Now you live your life like you want because your using money as a tool not a limitation.

I’m ready to get started, are you?
