I am having trouble logging in to access my course.

If you are having trouble logging in to access a course, please ensure a couple of things:

1. You are attempting to login from the correct URL. To login to your course, visit https://www.sharkschool.online

If you are on desktop, click on ‘Login’ in the top right corner.

If you are on mobile, click on the three lines and then click on ‘Login’.

2. You are using the correct email address associated with your account when you first signed up for the course(s). If you have a myTeachable account, click on the button to login with Teachable.

3. You are using the correct password for the account you created. If you are unsure you are using the correct password or don’t remember setting one up, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ under the login button. Follow the directions to reset your password.

If you need to reset your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Once you click on the link, you’ll be prompted to enter your email. Then, click ‘Next.’

The password reset email you receive is valid for one hour, but you can send yourself as many password reset emails as you need.

Set Up A Password

If you need to setup your password, you’ll want to follow the same instructions you’d use to reset your password.

Reset Your Password

If you log into your Mighty Network with an email address and a password and you need to reset your password, use the “Forgot my password” link on the sign in page for your Mighty Network.

Once you enter your email address on the sign in page and click “Next,” you’ll see the link that says “Forgot my password.”

I need to update my billing information

Please contact us by emailing admin@sheeptosharks.com and we’ll guide you on updating your card information.

 

Updating your billing information in Mighty Networks will not update your billing information with Sheep to Shark or the Cash Confident Community.

Cancel Your Subscription

We are sad to see you go, but we understand that things come up that may prevent you from committing to the membership on an ongoing basis.

You must cancel in writing by emailing admin@sheeptosharks.com at least 5 business days prior to renewal.

We are not responsible for a subscription charge completed if the request to cancel was made with less than 5 business days remaining in your subscription period.

The membership is non-refundable. Mighty Networks cannot cancel the membership for you.
